Children's Privacy Notice
Zarembka Software Engineering LLC ("NextTouch") — Effective date: July 24, 2026
Direct notice to parents. This supplements our Privacy Policy and applies specifically to parent-managed accounts for players under 13.
Why you're seeing this
Your child is under 13. Federal law (the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, or COPPA) requires that before we collect any personal information from or about a child under 13, we give you — their parent or legal guardian — this notice, and get your consent.
What we collect from or about your child
Their first name and date of birth — entered by you when you set up their account. Date of birth is what determines they need a parent-managed account in the first place, and is recorded rather than just a one-time check.
Video, image, and voice — when your child records or uploads a training video, that video contains their image and voice.
Activity data — which team and practice each video was submitted for, and when.
Coach feedback — written notes a coach leaves on your child's video, visible only to you and that team's coaches/admins.
We do notcollect your child's email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying information — only what's listed above, all tied to your own parent account.
Why we collect it
To operate the coaching platform: so your child can submit training videos as part of their team's assigned practices, so their coach can review those videos and give feedback, and so — only if you allow it — teammates can see videos your child marks "Visible to team."
Who receives this information
• Your child's coach and your club's admins — always, regardless of video privacy setting
• Your child's teammates — only for videos you've allowed to be marked "Visible to team"
• Cloudflare Stream — stores and streams the video file itself
• Supabase — our database and authentication provider, stores the account and video records
We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone for their own independent use.
How long we keep it
• Videos are automatically deleted, from our systems and from Cloudflare, six months after upload — this keeps happening on schedule even during the 60-day window below, so a video already close to six months old when a club is suspended is not guaranteed the full 60 days.
• If your club's subscription lapses, the club has 60 days to reactivate before its admin accounts, remaining videos, and roster are permanently deleted — but your own account isn't deleted by this, only its connection to that club.
• If you delete your account: your login, profile, videos, and chat messages are promptly removed from our active systems. Reports and blocks tied to your account are kept as a safety record even after deletion. Limited copies may briefly remain in backups until overwritten on our normal schedule.
Your choice about sharing
Every video your child submits can be set to "Coach only" or "Visible to team." Separately, when you set up your account, we ask you to choose whether your child is allowed to use "Visible to team" at all. If you say no, our system will not allow that setting to be applied to any of your child's videos — not by you, and not by a coach.
Your rights as a parent
You can, at any time, by contacting us at admin@nexttouchsports.com:
• Review what we have on file for your child
• Delete a specific video — available directly in the app on the video itself, or by contacting us
• Delete your child's entire account and profile — available directly in the app and takes effect immediately
• Withdraw your consent — available directly in your Profile, under Legal & Safety. This immediately stops your child from submitting any new training videos, without requiring you to delete their account — you can resume at any time. If you'd rather delete the account entirely instead, that option remains available too
• Refuse to allow us to collect any further information by withdrawing consent as described above, or by deleting the account entirely
How we ask for your consent
Consent happens through a dedicated screen shown the first time you log into a newly created parent account, before you can do anything else in the app. It restates the information above and asks you to explicitly choose whether "Visible to team" sharing is allowed, then confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian.
An important limitation we want to be upfront about:our current process confirms that you control the email address and login used to create the account. It does not use a method — such as a signed form, ID check, or payment-card verification — specifically designed to confirm that you are, in fact, this child's parent or legal guardian.
If we change how we handle your child's information
If we materially change how we collect, use, or disclose information from your child, we will send you an updated version of this notice and ask for your consent again before applying the changed practice to your child's account. We will not apply a material change retroactively without that new consent.
