Delete Your NextTouch Account

To delete your NextTouch account, email admin@nexttouchsports.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the name or role (coach, athlete, parent, or admin) on the account so we can locate it. We confirm and process deletion requests within a few business days.

Once your request is processed, the following is removed promptly from our active production systems:

• Your login and profile
• Your video submissions, including the underlying video files
• Your team chat messages

Reports you filed, reports filed about you, and block records are kept even after account deletion, since removing them would defeat their purpose as a moderation and safety record.

If you were a member of a club (not an admin), your training history, submissions, and chat messages tied to that club may remain in the club's records after your own login is deleted, since they are shared records involving your coach and teammates, not solely your own data.

Our notifications provider (OneSignal) retains device-association data according to its own retention practices; we do not currently send a separate deletion request to OneSignal when you delete your account.

We do not maintain separately-retained backups or point-in-time recovery beyond our active production systems, so deletion is not expected to persist in any backup.
