Community Guidelines
Zarembka Software Engineering LLC ("NextTouch") — Effective date: July 24, 2026
Overview
NextTouch exists to help young athletes train, get feedback, and improve — safely, inside their own private club and team. These guidelines apply to every coach, player, parent, and admin using the Service.
Be respectful
• Give feedback the way you'd want to receive it. Coaches: keep it constructive.
• No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or sexual content — in a video, in team chat, or anywhere else on NextTouch.
• Don't post a video of someone else without their (or their parent's, if they're a minor) consent.
Keep it about training
NextTouch's team chat and video submissions are for coaching and training — not for anything unrelated, and not for contacting people outside the coaching relationship you're part of. NextTouch does not offer private one-to-one messaging between individual users; all chat happens in a team-wide channel visible to that team and its club admins.
Respect privacy settings
If a player or their parent has set a video to "Coach only," that's their choice. Coaches: you can give feedback and can request a player switch a video to "Visible to team," but you cannot make that choice for them.
If something's wrong
• Report a video or a chat message you believe violates these guidelines — use the report option on a video, or press and hold a chat message to report it.
• Block a user at any time if you don't want to see their content.
• Reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours.
• Email us directlyat admin@nexttouchsports.com for anything urgent, or anything reporting/blocking doesn't cover — including any child-safety concern.
What happens if these guidelines are broken
Depending on severity, we may remove the content, or suspend the account responsible. Account suspension applies across all of NextTouch, not just one club, and stays in effect until lifted by us or, for a club's own member, that club's admin. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the Service.
