Club Subscription Agreement

Zarembka Software Engineering LLC ("NextTouch") — Effective date: July 24, 2026

This Agreement governs your club's paid subscription to NextTouch. By subscribing, you (the "Club Admin") agree to this Agreement in addition to our general Terms of Service, which continue to apply in full.

1. Plans

PlanPrice/monthPlayer capVideo allowance
Starter$49.99301,200 submissions/month
Pro$149.991004,000 submissions/month
Club$349.9925010,000 submissions/month
Elite$649.9950020,000 submissions/month
Coaches join a club for free and don't count toward the player cap. All plans include chat/messaging, leaderboards, and unlimited coaches; Club and Elite additionally include priority support.

2. How Billing Works

Subscribing and managing your subscription happens on our website (nexttouchsports.com), not inside the mobile app — this is a deliberate choice for App Store compliance, not an oversight. Stripe processes your payment-card information; NextTouch does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes, though we do receive subscription, transaction-status, and billing metadata from Stripe needed to administer your subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your club admin dashboard on the website. Cancelling schedules your subscription to end at the close of the period you've already paid for — your club keeps full access until then, and you won't be charged again.

4. What Happens If Payment Fails or You Cancel

Your club is suspended: members lose access, but nothing about the club is deleted immediately — you (or NextTouch, if you contact us) have 60 days to reactivate the subscription and restore full access. A failed payment triggers this suspension as soon as our payment processor reports the subscription is no longer active — there's no additional grace period on our end beyond whatever retry attempts Stripe itself makes first.

One independent limit still applies during this window: our standard six-month video-retention limit keeps running the whole time. A video that reaches six months old while your club is suspended is deleted on its normal schedule — the 60-day reactivation window does not pause or extend it.

5. What Happens If Your Club Is Deleted

Whether because the 60-day window above expires, or because you delete the club directly at any time instead of waiting it out, deletion works the same way and is irreversible:

• The club's admin accounts — every account with the "admin" role for that club — are deleted entirely, including their own videos, submissions, and messages.
• The club's remaining videos are deleted from Cloudflare Stream.
• The club's roster and club record are removed.
• Coaches' and players' own personal accounts are not deleted. They keep their own login and can sign into NextTouch afterward. However, their training history, chat messages, and coach feedback tied to the deleted club become inaccessible to them going forward.

6. Your Responsibilities as Club Admin

• You're responsible for who you invite as a co-admin or coach, and for those invite codes being shared only with people actually affiliated with your club.
• You're responsible for ensuring your club's coaches and admins comply with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including around players under 13.
• You're the point of contact for any billing or account questions from your club's members — NextTouch bills your club, not individual players or coaches.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled case-by-case; contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.

8. Everything Else

This Agreement works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply in full. If anything here conflicts with the general Terms specifically as to billing, this Agreement controls.
